4 Level Process
The Breakthough Executive Board employs a 5 Level Process with monthly half-day meetings chaired by an expert facilitator. This process is desiged to provide:
- Knowledge
- Guidance
- Professional Development
- Support
1. The Hot Topic (Knowledge)
A specialist in a topic area will start the meeting by providing some insight into the "Hot Topic" that is selected with input from the executive board members.
2. The Spotlight (Guidance)
During each meeting, one company executive has an opportunity to be "The Spotlight Business" and give a detailed presentation about an issue or opportunity facing their business. Members provide feedback and candid advice from their own experience.
3. The Sounding Board (Guidance)
Each board member has an opportunity to table an issue or opportunity and get immediate feedback from the other members.
4. The Support Team (Support)Each member will have the opportunity for a complete business review done on-site by the facilitators over a full day. This will provide insight into issues, opportunities, and help the facilitators to better understand each members business. In this way we can optimize the time during the board meetings. As well, the facilitators are available for telephone support between meetings.
