What is a Breakthrough Executive Board?

The Breakthrough Executive Board is a group of up to 8 owners and executives who meet together every month for 4 hours to help each other solve their problems and improve their business.  This is facilitated by an expert facilitator using our Breakthrough process.  This process is designed using the principles known to be used by successful companies that continually breakthrough to the next level in their business.

Who Should Join?

This program may be for you if:

  • You are the owner, general manager or senior executive
  • You want to take your business to the next level
  • You are open to learning how to better manage and lead your organization
  • You value input from your peers

Why Should You Join?

Many business owners find themselves trying to wear three hats.  They are their own board of directors, their own CEO and their own Chief Operating Officer.  As a result they often find it difficult to:

The Breakthrough Executive Board process helps business owners and managers fill in these gaps!

How Does It Work?

This process works and gets breakthrough results for owners and managers because:

Once each month, executives meet in a board room type format to present their business plans for review from their peer group.

Fees 50% Covered by MA Workforce Training Grant

Participants located in Massachusetts with less than 50 employees may be able to qualify for 50% reimbursement of the program cost through the Massachusetts Workforce Training Grant Fund.  The Breakthrough Executive Board has already been prequalified for this grant.  We will assist with the application.
